This is a cool sandwich shop that my wife and I visited on our vacation in Denver. It is one of the highest rated local shops. There are 2 in the city, the one we went to was on a small one way street. it was a unique building.
This shop sells sandwiches, coffee, and you can buy cuts of meat. The bread is crisp, fresh, clearly well made, and covered in a light coating of flour. The options on the menu are simple, but good and have everything you need. The meat is the highlight of course, and is very tasty. I recommend a visit if you're in town.
They also have a cool fridge full of jars, and ice cold water for drinking. Kind of fun.
