Overall good pastrami sandwich, similar to Gandolfos. It had the classic marbled rye bread. The temperature was great. I was surprised by the quality of this sandwich. My wife got the fish sandwich just for the halibut. It was good too, and a good price. If you are at Bryce Canyon and could use a sandwich, I think it's worth a visit.
