The Blue Line is the New York Style deli with $6 8 inch subs. The reviews for this shop are quite mixed. There are 7 main sandwiches, along with customizable peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. The peanut butter and jelly costs around $4 instead, but is actually pretty tasty. As a student at BYU in the business school, I had the opportunity to try every sandwich on the menu. All of them are good, but my favorite is the whole hog. This sandwich has Ham, Bacon, Pulled Pork, Smoked Gouda, Pickle, Red Onion, Mayo, and Honey Mustard. It is a very heavy sandwich, served warm. All of the different pork product works together to create a feeling of satisfaction.
The most unique sandwich here is the Big Cheese. It has Mac n’ Cheese, Bacon, American Cheese, Provolone Cheese, Tomato, and Mayo. It is a deluxe mac and cheese sandwich. It is also a heavy sandwich, but something about it just feels right.
The different sandwiches all have a unique feel, and come with different bread and ingredients.
Overall: 9/10 |
