I used to work at Quiznos, so I feel like I know it pretty well. Quiznos became a thing because it toasted all of its sandwiches. I like a warm sandwich. Quiznos also has some really good signature sauces, and soaks its chicken and steak in a warm broth before putting it on a sandwich and sending it through the toaster. They also went really hard on a lobster sandwich for a little while. Quiznos has some quality ingredients, but also some average ingredients, like their turkey. They also have more expensive sandwiches,a dn don't really have a niche anymore in the sandwich market. I stopped working at Quiznos when the store I was at closed down.
The bread at Quiznos is pretty comparable to Subway bread. It isn't very special. Overall though, the non turkey sandwiches are consistently good, but not great. The toasting process is good, but occasionally results in over toasted bread. Quiznos is basically a nicer version of Subway. However, tt is priced like a more expensive diner.

Overall: 4.5/10
