Logan's Heroes - Logan

I had high hopes for this restaurant, located on main street in Logan, with a 4.5 google rating. The parking for this location is difficult, but not impossible. The place looks old, and the inside feels old as well. The inside has a fairly typical setup, but the menu isn't visible until you are right next to the ordering counter because it is on a side wall.

I got the beef pastrami, and my wife got the turkey pastrami. I put everything on my sandwich, except for the onions. The sandwich came fairly quickly, and was delivered to our table. We also got free lays. I only ordered the half sandwich. The sandwich was loaded with toppings, such as lettuce, olives, a pepperchini, and more. However, there were so many toppings that I couldn't close the sandwich properly. It was a difficult sandwich to eat. The toppings were the loudest part of this sandwich, but when I got to the pastrami, I found it warm and tasty.

This shop is unique in the way it cuts up its pastrami, into thin chopped rectangular slices. I was a fan of the way the pastrami was sliced, and I think it helped it to retain more warmth. The meat tasted slightly dry, but was still good. The mustard sauce was juicy, and tasted just above average. My wife's sandwich was cold, with some ugly slices of sliced turkey pastrami. It wasn't as great.
